Team access and approvals

1 min readInvite colleagues to your company account and decide who can buy, who can only request quotes and which purchases need approval.
Roles
Admins manage the team and settings. Buyers can place orders within their limit. Requesters can build carts and request quotes but need approval to order.
Approval rules
Set a limit, for example CHF 5,000; orders above it wait for an admin to approve them. Approvers are notified by email and can approve from the order page.
