1 min readMany sellers add a warranty on top of the 14-day return window. The length is shown on each offer and in your order confirmation.
What is covered
Warranties cover failures in normal use: the seller repairs, replaces or refunds the instrument. Accessories, batteries and calibration drift are not covered unless the offer says so.
Making a claim
Open a support ticket from the order and describe the fault. The seller has three working days to respond; if they do not, Innovys steps in.
