When you get your refund

Refunds are issued once the seller confirms the returned instrument arrived in the expected condition, usually within two working days of delivery back to them.

By payment method

Card and TWINT refunds appear within three to five working days. Bank transfer refunds are sent to the account you paid from. Unpaid invoices are simply credited.
