Returns and the 14 day window

1 min readYou can return any purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as it comes back in the condition you received it.
Starting a return
Open the order in My account › Orders and choose “Return items”. Pick the items and a reason; the seller receives the request and you get a return label.
Who pays return shipping
If the instrument is faulty or not as described, the seller pays. For a change of mind, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
