How offers work

1 min readOn Innovys you do not buy a listing, you buy an offer on a model. Every instrument is linked to one canonical model record, and each seller adds an offer with their own condition, price and delivery terms.
Model records
The model record holds the manufacturer specification: bandwidth, channels, sample rate, memory and the datasheet. Sellers cannot edit it, which is why filters and comparisons stay reliable across the whole catalogue.
If a model is missing, sellers request it from the Brands page and our team adds the spec sheet, usually within two working days.
What an offer contains
An offer adds everything that depends on the individual unit: condition grade, calibration status, included accessories, price, stock and where it ships from.
The best-value offer is shown in the buy box on the product page. All other offers are listed below it under “Offers for this model”.
