Condition grades explained
Every offer carries one condition grade, set against the same checklist for every seller, so “Grade A” means the same thing whoever you buy from.
The grades
New: unused, in original packaging. Refurbished: inspected, repaired where needed and tested to specification. Grade A: fully working, light cosmetic wear. Grade B: fully working, visible marks or missing non-essential accessories.
If the grade does not match
If the instrument you receive is worse than its grade, return it within 14 days as “not as described”; the seller pays the return shipping.
